The Kôtou dance workshop

The workshop is presented by Henriette, Dioman Jeanne Gbou. Professional dancer with twenty years of experience; including sixteen years of world tour for the Cirque du Soleil show Dralion, where she played the role of La Terre.

The dance is a communication tool whose movements are inspired by everyday life. It creates a harmonious balance between mind and body. The goal of the Kôtou dance is to teach participants to move with ease and freedom of mind, to help them discover and develop their artistic potential.

 

The workshop:

The dance workshop includes a warm-up, instruction in precise steps which will be integrated into a choreography and a stretching session.
